The SUPB-004: 4-Person Infrared with a Corner-Glass Front
The SUPB-004 is the 4-person infrared model that buyers notice first — not for the 3500W or the 1800×1250×1900mm footprint, but for the front: a panoramic tempered glass door with a corner-glass panel that opens the cabin up visually. It is the unit to quote when the sauna will sit in a visible part of the home or a showroom-quality spa room.
Inside, carbon-fiber far-infrared panels are arranged for all-around coverage (back, legs and floor zone), the digital control and LED ambient strip are standard, and the 220–400V supply covers 230V European and 400V three-phase sites. Built to order in Hemlock, Cedar or Spruce.
Who it’s for
- Homeowners placing the sauna in an open-plan or showcase space
- Boutique spas wanting a striking infrared cabin for treatment rooms
- EU buyers needing a 400V-capable build without a transformer
How it compares
SUPB-004 vs SUPA-04: Same 4-person class (1800×1250mm, 3500W) but different platforms: SUPB-004 runs 220–400V with the corner-glass aesthetic; SUPA-04 runs 110–240V. Match the build to the buyer’s supply voltage first, then design language.
SUPB-004 vs SUPB-002: SUPB-002 is the 2-person B-platform unit (1200×1050mm, 2500W, 110–240V). SUPB-004 doubles the seating and steps the voltage up — quote the pair together for upsell conversations.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the corner-glass design?
The SUPB-004 pairs a panoramic tempered glass door with a corner glass panel, so the cabin reads as open and light-filled rather than a closed box — a design buyers choose for rooms where the sauna is on display.
Which voltages can this run on?
220–400V, preset at production — covering European 230V, three-phase 400V commercial sites and other higher-voltage markets.
Heating layout?
Carbon-fiber far-infrared panels are arranged to heat back, legs and floor area — all-around coverage in a 3500W system.
Is customization available?
Yes — wood (Hemlock/Cedar/Spruce), color, logo, packaging and manual under OEM/ODM.
