How a custom project runs (5 steps)
- Inquiry — send your space dimensions, target capacity, preferred sauna type and any reference photos. A floor plan or sketch is ideal but not required to start.
- Proposal — we return a CAD drawing, material proposal (wood/heating/glass), and a written quote with trade terms.
- Order & sample — pilot orders start at 1 unit; for venue rollouts we agree the production schedule in writing before the first container.
- Production & QC — standard production is 15–20 days; custom projects get a written schedule. Every unit passes our QC checkpoints before crating.
- Shipping & support — EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP from Shanghai / Ningbo; warranty terms (1 year standard, negotiable per project) plus replacement-parts support.
